Before you apply

• Check availability.
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions
• You need to have a credit or debit card to pay the program deposit.
   

Please note:

• The program deposit is deducted from the total program tuition – it is not an additional fee.
• Program deposits are non-refundable, unless you are not accepted onto the program. If you withdraw from a program after you have applied and have been accepted, Pure Exploration will transfer your program deposit to an alternative program provided the request is made.

After you apply

• Schedule and complete an interview with a Pure Exploration Program Advisor HERE.
• Once you are accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email with the next steps.
• If you are not accepted onto the program, we will notify you and refund your program deposit.
• 50% of your program tuition will be needed as soon as possible to confirm your spot on program*.
• Up until departure we liaise closely with you, to ensure you have all the information you need and are on-track with your preparations for the program.
• Any participant who does not fill out the required documentation (e.g. Medical details, travel details, insurance information etc) 90 day’s prior to departure will incur a USD $150 administration fee. Any student booking later than 90 days prior to departure will need to get their documentation to the Program Advisor within 72 hours of admission to their program. 
• Ahead of program departure you will participate in a pre-departure webinar to discuss getting ready and your goals for the program.
• The final program payment is due 90 days prior to program departure.

If you apply after the last payment date, full payment is due within 14 days of applying.

Payment plans can be arranged, ask us about payment plans in your post application interview!

*Please note, your place on program is NOT confirmed until you have paid 50% of your program tuition
